SHIPPING POLICY – OFF-GRID

Delivery time is an estimate and is calculated from the date the shipment is sent, not from the order date. It may take longer than estimated due to an invalid address, customs processing, or other reasons.

Please submit a case within 3 months after the shipment is sent if the package does not arrive on time. Please note that late cases may not be accepted.

HOLIDAY DELAYS: Please note that shipping carriers receive a large volume of orders during the holiday season. Unfortunately, some orders may experience delayed delivery times. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if your order is more than 4 business days delayed compared to the expected delivery date. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

PROCESSING TIME: We understand you're eager to receive your order – and so are we! However, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to process your order after confirmed payment. Each order is hand-picked by one of our fantastic warehouse staff and undergoes a quality check. All items are packed, boxed, and placed in shipping envelopes for their journey to you.

During sale and holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days before the shipment is sent.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number in your inbox. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder first or visit our FAQ for more help.

Some orders may require additional address or payment information. Please check your inbox for any follow-up emails so that your order can be processed without delay.

SHIPPING: The average delivery time for standard shipping is 4–7 business days.

SHIPPING RATES: When we do not offer free shipping, we apply competitive shipping rates based on the order's weight, size, and destination. We do not profit from shipping fees – what you pay corresponds to the actual shipping cost including packaging and handling.

To see your shipping cost, simply add the items to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete the order.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND FEES: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility. These are levied by local customs authorities and vary between countries.

We do not cover these extra fees, and they will not be refunded if a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties. We cannot estimate these fees in advance.

DELAYED PACKAGE: We collaborate with reliable shipping carriers and strive to deliver within the promised timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances with the shipping carrier that are beyond our control.

If your package is lost, missing, or shows no delivery confirmation, we will arrange a new delivery. If tracking shows the package as delivered, an investigation will be initiated before any refund or new delivery.

WARRANTY POLICY – OFF-GRID

Shoulder Bags: 60-day warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, or negligence. Consumables and accessories may also be excluded.

Claim process: Submit proof of purchase and contact support@offgridnordic.com We may request additional information or evidence to validate your case.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS FEES – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We offer free shipping, but please note that products are shipped from Sweden.

Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees: Orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes upon arrival depending on the destination country. These are not charged by OFF-GRID and are not included in your payment to us.

VAT and handling fees:

VAT (Value Added Tax): Local tax on imported goods.

Customs handling fee: Administrative cost charged by customs authorities or postal services.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority for exact fees.

SPECIAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS FOR NORWAY

Customs duties included: All applicable customs duties are included in the product price. Norwegian customers pay no extra customs duties upon delivery.

Compliance: OFF-GRID complies with all relevant Norwegian laws and holds valid registrations for import and sales.

Shipping costs: Even though customs duties are included, standard shipping costs may still apply based on size, weight, and destination within Norway.
